Yes, I admit it.. I'm a potato lover. Can I use the excuse that I'm part Irish? One of the things I love to do is cut my potatoes either the day before or the morning of their use. But, there is a trick to this. How to keep them white and yummy looking? Slice, chop, dice, then put in water and refrigerate until your ready to use them. 

Very easy. You CAN DO IT!!
